Afternoon Youth Karate-do classes resume on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s
The afternoon youth Karate-do classes will resume this week on Tuesday’s from 4:30-5:30pm for Blue belts and above and on Thursday’s from 4:30-5:30pm for new students (ages 7-13) and all ranks White belt and above.

Family vacation photo
I’m just getting back from a family vacation. Here’s a shot us towing MR and GR in the double kayak. We had light wind the whole week, not so good for sailing but excellent for the kayak’s and canoe…..and of course ….swimming!
