Led by Sifu J. R. Roy Sunday September 29th, 2024 9:00am-12:00pm The 10+ Exercises are the foundation training for ALL of the arts taught at JRRMAS. The 10 were originally learned in 1979 from Grandmaster Leung Kay-Chi. Sifu Roy has been teaching and refining this set for over 45 years and will be sharing it as well as the + of his studies. These exercises are appropriate for all ages and skill levels. HEALTH – Prepare your mind and body for martial arts training and increase longevity through exercises that increase flexibility and strength. QIGONG – Breathing techniques are developed through the set to increase cardiovascular health and circulate Qi throughout the body. AWARENESS – Strengthen neural pathways and increase use of full body movements to achieve better alignment and the ability to relax and release musculature.
